Wildlife sightings are happening at WESS

With help of diggers, excavators and $5,000 funding from the P&C, WESS has a new corner of the grounds devoted to wildlife. Striped marsh frogs, pacific blue eyes (little native fish), dragon flies, water skimmers and many other species have all found a new home here at WESS. Under the towering fig and near the electronic sign a new beautifully natural landscaped frog pond has appeared. Over several weekends Simon Fox, Gaia Noble, Alex Ross and a team of dedicated helpers big and small came and created a new home for our frogs and fish. This new beautiful space has become wonderful place for children to visit and learn about these wonderful creatures.
