WESS P&C Community Chit Chat
Join us every first Wednesday of the month during term time. Grab a coffee from our very own cafe next to the tuckshop in O block from 8:00am. Get the latest updates, meet and chat to other WESS parents / carers and the school’s leadership team, and also have a chance to share your ideas for upcoming P&C events and fundraising initiatives in an informal setting. Babies and young children are welcome.
Please join us every second Tuesday of the month during term time (Feb – Nov) in person or online. Everyone is welcome to attend and to be involved in discussions at a P&C meeting, however, voting on agenda items is limited to members only. The agenda, previous meeting’s minutes, the monthly Operations Overview and Treasurer’s Report will be distributed to members before the meeting and will be considered read ahead of meeting.

How to join the P&C?
Membership of the P&C is free and is valid from the time of signing up until the following AGM when all memberships lapse and will need to be renewed. Membership forms are available online and at every P&C meeting. To join, please come along to one of our P&C meetings or email your membership form to secretary@wesspandc.org.
