The WESS P&C operates the school uniform shop, supplying the compulsory uniform and other items.

The uniform shop is located in M block on the ground floor which is located in the new campus. The best access is from Gate 12 Ambleside Street.
What’s new?
The beloved WESS uniforms are getting an upgrade in 2025, with the introduction of a new unisex polo shirt, new unisex shorts, house coloured polos and Senior polos. A transition period of 2 school years (2025 and 2026) will be in effect, in which students can wear the current or the new uniform in any combination (e.g. new shirt with old shorts). The new house coloured polos will be allowed to be worn one day per week and on special occasions, as communicated by the Principal/School.

There is no booking required this school year, simply stop by the Uniform Shop and we will help you.
Click on this link to make a booking for a uniform fitting in January 20-24, 2025. Uniform fittings are required for new students to the school. If you have more than one child starting school next year it is highly recommended that you book 2 spots.
Donation of 2nd hand uniforms
If your child has outgrown uniforms or you are leaving the school, we gratefully accept donations of clean and good condition 2nd hand uniforms. Spring / Summer gear is especially needed at this time.
You are welcome to drop your donations off anytime during P&C Office hours: Monday – Thursday from 8:30am – 3pm. Located in M Block.

- How to order (current and 2025 new uniforms)
You can visit the shop during opening hours and buy in person or order online via the Flexischools app and we will deliver to your child’s classroom the same day if order placed by 8am Monday – Thursday. Be sure to update your child’s classroom information every year in Flexischools settings for accurate delivery. Please note that the 2025 new uniforms can only be picked up (not delivered) in the week January 20 – 24, 2025 from the Uniform Shop during open hours. - Refund policy
Proof of purchase must be provided for all exchanges and refunds.
The Uniform Shop will gladly exchange any item within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition (i.e. not worn or washed).
A full refund will be given for any manufacturing faults. Refunds will not be given for items displaying normal wear and tear. The manufacturer will be consulted on these matters should the need arise.
Refunds will not be given for a ‘change of mind’ however the above exchange policy will apply or the option of having a credit note with the Uniform Shop. All credit notes provided by the Uniform Shop must be used within 1 year from issue date. - Payment
Payment can be made by Flexischools, EFTPOS or credit cards. Please note that we do not accept AMEX cards or CASH. - Volunteering

The Uniform Scholarship Fund
At WESS P&C, we believe that every child deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their school uniform, regardless of their family’s circumstances.
The Uniform Scholarship Fund was created to help ease the burden for families facing financial challenges by providing uniforms to students who need them most. With donations from generous parents like you, we can make sure that every student starts the school day with the right attire and a sense of belonging. Families are selected confidentially by the school, ensuring support reaches those who need it most. The Uniform Shop will then help with fittings and make sure each child finds the right fit. Your contribution – big or small – can make a lasting difference in a child’s school experience.
