Overweight and obesity is usually a result of excess energy intake through eating too much food or the wrong type of food, combined with doing too little physical activity or being inactive for too much of the day. The healthy food and drink supply strategy for Queensland schools is all about offering healthy food and drink choices to students in Queensland schools. WESS P&C Tuckshop Anaphylaxis Risk Management Plan 2021 The WESS P&C Tuckshop wishes to remind all parent, carers, students and staff that food served in the tuckshop may contain various allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, traces of nuts/tree nuts, fish, mustard. Etc. Such food may be not suitable for people with certain allergies. In order to minimise this risk to those with food allergies the tuckshop has implemented a plan to ensure the tuckshop staff are aware of issues related to anaphylaxis and strategies to reduce exposure to allergens. In addition to this we have provided a list of all the ingredients contained in each item on the menu. To view the list please click on the download below.
